A club membership—which is included in your purchase— elevates ownership to a unique level of service and amenities. Club membership includes the following (certain amenities are fee based):

• Use of the Activity/Wellness Center. (opening date to be determined)
• Express Check–in and check–out services.
• Priority access to the resort rental services.
• Housekeeping services during your stays.
• Welcome service (rearrangement of home décor to accommodate individual preferences)
• Personalized shopping and concierge services for area activities.
• Space–available program management (applies to fractional owners) for stays not during your regular schedule.
• Use of kayaks, bikes, hiking packs and hiking sticks, resort cd’s, movies, books and more.
• Resort activities.
• Priority access to boat slips and boat rentals.
• Priority dinner reservations.
• Discounts at our Gift Shop.

As part of the Club Membership, you are committed to support the restaurant operation with food and beverage purchases each year, as well as share in the cost of other resort amenities at Trapper’s Landing Lodge on Leech Lake (through your Association dues).
