Please complete the form to let us know when you will be using your vacation home this year. Once we have received this back along with the signed Agency Agreement, a confirmation will be sent to you for your review. Any weeks you do not reserve will be available for rental per the Agency Agreement. If you decide later that you do want to use a particular week, please call us and we will reserve your unit for you if it has not been rented yet or if we can move the rental guest to a similar unit. Conversely, if you later determine you are unable to use a week that you had reserved, please contact us immediately and we will attempt to secure rental revenue for the unit. You do not need to reserve the whole week if you are only coming for a couple days; you may reserve just the days you need and we can rent the remaining partial week.
